On April 5th (Saturday) at approximately 11:30 PM, a robbery occurred on the street in Makati City, Metro Manila, involving a firearm-like object being used against a Japanese national.

The victim, a Japanese national, was walking on the street in San Antonio District, Makati City, near Ayala Avenue, when one of the perpetrators, riding a two-person motorcycle, approached from behind and pointed a firearm-like object at the victim’s back. The perpetrator then grabbed the victim’s shoulder bag. At the same time, another two-person motorcycle approached from the front, and one of the perpetrators also pointed a firearm-like object at the victim. The robbers then stole the shoulder bag and fled the scene.
