Presidential candidate Venancio Mondlane has called on the public to participate in demonstrations from Wednesday, November 20 to Friday, November 22, as follows:

1.Wear black clothing in tribute to those who have lost their lives in previous demonstrations.

2.From 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM, all vehicles on the road should stop, honk their horns between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM as a sign of respect, and pedestrians should stop and hold placards calling for the truth in the election and for an end to kidnapping and murder.

3.Between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, continue to bang pots at home.

In previous intermittent protests, there have been violent clashes between police and demonstrators, with tear gas used to disperse the crowds, resulting in fatalities. Although there will be no street marches this time, there is a risk of similar incidents occurring. Tire burning has also been frequent. If demonstrations occur near you (especially during the times listed above), avoid going out, and if you encounter a demonstration, immediately leave the area and ensure your safety. Stay updated with the latest information and take appropriate safety precautions.
