Following the arrest of anti-whaling activist Paul Watson, who had been internationally wanted at Japan’s request, in Greenland on July 21, his supporters have posted on social media that they will hold a rally demanding his release. The rally is scheduled to take place at 1:00 PM on Sunday, September 22, at Islands Brygge Square (near Islands Brygge 10).
We advise all Japanese residents to avoid the area to ensure they do not get involved in any unforeseen incidents.
