Vietnam: Flood Alert Due to Typhoon No. 3

• Due to the typhoon, the water level of the Red River in Hanoi has risen due to releases from upstream hydropower plants, prompting flood alerts.
• The Chuong Duong Bridge on the east side of the Old Quarter is closed to all vehicles except buses and motorcycles. The Long Bien Bridge is currently closed to trains.
• It is advised to stay updated on the latest flood information and avoid approaching areas near rivers.
