No Vehicle Entry (Both Directions) from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday, September 6:
• General Gurko Street (from Evlogi and Hristo Georgiev Blvd. to Vasil Levski Blvd.)
• Lyuben Karavelov Street (from General Parensov Street to General Gurko Street)
• Evlogi and Hristo Georgiev Blvd. (from Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. to Prof. Fridtjof Nansen Street)
• Dragan Tsankov Blvd. (from Metropolitan Kiril Vidinski Street to Evlogi and Hristo Georgiev Blvd.)
• Southbound lanes of Bulgaria Blvd. (from Cherni Vrah Blvd. to Akad. Ivan Geshov Blvd.)
