1. Incident Summary In April of this year, a Japanese traveler moving from Uyuni to La Paz on a long-distance bus placed a bag containing valuables such as a camera on the overhead rack. Upon arriving in La Paz and checking the contents, the traveler noticed that only the cameras were missing. Cash and other valuables were safely kept in a pouch worn around the neck and covered by clothing.
