Details: A Japanese national was a victim of a street robbery after dining at Tacos los Primos Original in Querétaro. As the victim was returning to their car parked nearby, a thief emerged from a poorly lit area, brandishing a knife and threatening the victim. While trying to retreat, another accomplice approached from behind, stole the victim’s backpack, and fled. The backpack contained keys (for home and car), a passport, and a computer, but the victim’s mobile phone was not stolen, allowing them to contact a colleague for assistance.
