2. During this period, constitutional rights such as the inviolability of the home, freedom of movement, assembly, and personal freedom will be partially restricted in the affected areas. Security forces may conduct searches of belongings and vehicles without warrants at checkpoints. Those planning to travel to or stay in these areas should carry identification at all times and exercise caution.
3. The Japanese government has issued travel advisories for various regions in Peru with the following levels:
– Level 1: Exercise caution
– Level 2: Avoid non-essential travel
– Level 3: Do not travel
