- During the period of the declaration, certain constitutional rights, including the inviolability of residence, freedom of movement, assembly, and personal liberty, are restricted in the affected areas. Security forces may conduct searches of personal belongings or vehicles without a warrant at checkpoints. Those planning to travel to or stay in the region are advised to carry identification at all times when going outside.
