Typhoon 24 “Manny” has formed over the eastern sea of the Philippines and is expected to strengthen into a super typhoon by tomorrow (November 16) evening. There is a possibility it will make landfall on the eastern coast of Central or Southern Luzon.

This typhoon could cause strong winds and heavy rain across a wide area of Luzon and the Visayas.

According to announcements from the weather agencies, Typhoon 24 “Manny” (Asian name) has developed over the eastern sea of the Philippines and is moving westward while gaining strength. It is expected to move northwest over the Philippine Sea, and by tomorrow evening (November 16), it is predicted to develop into a super typhoon. By the weekend, it may make landfall at its maximum strength on the central or eastern coast of Southern Luzon. This typhoon is forecast to bring severe wind and rain, and by Sunday (November 17), it is expected to weaken as it passes through Luzon Island.
