Summary of the Incident
According to reports, a shooting occurred in Terminal 2 of Guarulhos International Airport, resulting in the death of one Brazilian businessman and injuries to three others. Among the injured were two app-based drivers and a woman who was on the airport sidewalk at the time of the shooting. All three injured individuals are reportedly in critical condition.
The shooter is believed to be linked to the criminal group Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC), and this incident does not appear to be a random act of terror. The suspect is currently at large.
Airport operations are continuing as usual for the time being, according to media reports.
