During this period, the emergency declaration restricts certain constitutional rights in the designated areas, including the inviolability of the home, freedom of movement, right to assembly, and personal freedom. Security forces may conduct searches of belongings or vehicles without a warrant at checkpoints. Travelers to the area should carry identification at all times and exercise caution.
  3. The Japanese government has issued various travel advisories for regions within Peru, ranging from Level 1 (Exercise Caution) to Level 2 (Avoid Non-essential Travel) and Level 3 (Avoid All Travel).
