On October 18, around 3 PM, an armed robbery occurred at a butane gas sales company on Forest Avenue in Belmopan City. A man on a blue scooter arrived at the parking lot, and when an employee stepped outside to assist customers, the man ordered him to return inside. Once inside, the man brandished a gun and demanded that the employee hand over cash. Fearing for his life, the employee complied and gave the man 2,000 Belize dollars (approximately 150,000 yen), the day’s sales revenue.
