•On October 27 (Sunday) at 10:00 AM, the 40th Frankfurt Marathon will take place, with approximately 25,000 runners expected to participate.
•On that day, many streets in the city center and along the course, particularly around the Festhalle (the start and finish area), may be closed to traffic from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
•Many tram and bus routes will be affected by these restrictions; however, the subway and S-Bahn will operate normally. Please check the websites of various transport services for detailed information in advance. Be cautious, as crowded areas may present risks of pickpocketing and theft, and there is a possibility of being targeted for terrorism. Stay vigilant to avoid unforeseen circumstances.
