On October 6, around 4 PM, six foreign tourists walking on First Street in Walvis Bay were attacked by a group of four robbers who approached in a car. Walking poses certain dangers. We advise all Japanese residents and travelers to prioritize using cars for short distances and to refrain from unnecessary outings at night. In case of an attack, we strongly urge you not to resist.
