1. Due to recent rainfall and flooding, lifelines such as electricity and water supply in parts of Chiang Mai City have been affected, and there is information that the impact may continue to expand.
2. As of noon on the 5th, the areas experiencing emergency power outages, as announced by the Provincial Electricity Authority, are as follows:
(1) Tha Phae Road (Tha Phae Gate): The area including Wat Sri Donchai, Anusarn Market, and Wat Bupparam
(2) Ratchadamnoen Road, Prachasamphan Road, and Wiangping Road
(3) Chang Klan Road
(4) Si Phum Mueang Road
(5) Chiang Mai-Hang Dong Road: Near Rong Rueang Kham Village
(6) Mahidol Road: Near the Mazda showroom
(7) Pa Tan Road: Suk Kasem Alley

Regarding the water supply, in addition to areas already experiencing water outages, the Provincial Waterworks Authority has warned that the impact of flooding in Chiang Mai may result in reduced water pressure and volume, or even a complete halt in water supply in parts of Mueang Chiang Mai District and neighboring districts. Residents are advised to secure water for daily use in advance.
