According to reports, pro-Israel events are expected to take place on Monday, October 7, marking the one-year anniversary of Hamas’ attack on Israel. Additionally, there is information that pro-Palestinian demonstrations are being called for this weekend.

If demonstrations take place, traffic congestion is expected, and there is also the possibility of clashes between supporters from both sides as well as the potential for demonstrations to become more extreme. Please be cautious and avoid areas where demonstrations are taking place and locations related to Israel and Palestine.

In Turin, pro-Palestinian groups may hold demonstrations in the coming days. A parade in solidarity with Lebanon is reported to take place at Piazza Vittorio on Saturday, October 5, at 4 p.m., and a march is scheduled to start from Piazza Castello on Monday, October 7, to mark the anniversary.

It is also possible that similar situations may arise in cities other than Turin, so caution is advised.

We kindly ask that you stay informed through the media and, if you encounter any demonstrations, be mindful of your surroundings and ensure your own safety by leaving the area and acting with caution.
