2. During this period, constitutional rights such as inviolability of the home, freedom of movement, freedom of assembly, and personal liberty will be restricted. Security authorities may conduct searches of belongings and vehicles without a warrant at checkpoints. Those planning to travel to or stay in these areas are strongly advised to carry identification at all times when going out.
3. The Japanese government has issued travel advisories for various regions in Peru, including Level 1 (Exercise Caution), Level 2 (Avoid Non-Essential Travel), and Level 3 (Avoid All Travel) warnings (Risk Information).
