There is a forecast indicating the possibility of thunderstorms in South Al Sharqiyah, North Al Sharqiyah, and Muscat Governorates, as well as parts of Al Wusta Governorate, between the night of Sunday, September 1, and Monday, September 2, due to the influence of a low-pressure system. The expected rainfall varies by location, with predictions ranging from 10 to 30mm.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of Oman has issued a warning to stay away from low-lying areas and coastal regions and to be cautious of flash floods in dry riverbeds (wadis) until the morning of Tuesday, September 3, when the effects of this low-pressure system may persist.

If you are staying in the above-mentioned areas, please make efforts to obtain weather information and prioritize your safety.
