• According to the Berlin State Police, a demonstration is scheduled to take place on Saturday, August 31, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, starting at the Brandenburg Gate and heading towards the Danish Embassy. The demonstration is calling for the release of Paul Watson, former leader of Sea Shepherd.
• The demonstration is expected to pass in front of the Embassy of Japan (Tiergartenstraße). If you plan to visit the area around the embassy, please exercise caution to avoid being caught up in any unforeseen incidents.
• While authorized demonstrations and gatherings are generally conducted peacefully, it is essential to stay informed through the media and other sources to prepare for any unexpected situations. Prioritize your safety by avoiding areas where demonstrations or gatherings are taking place, and if you encounter a demonstration, promptly leave the area.
• Additionally, another demonstration related to the former leader is also scheduled to take place near the Danish Embassy on Tuesday, September 3.
