Incident Summary: While the victim was strolling on foot, a man approached and spat on them. The man apologized, claiming it was accidental, and pretended to wipe the spittle off with a tissue. Location: Sidewalk on Namibia Street
Incident Summary: While the victim was walking with acquaintances, two men approached from either side. One man forcibly grabbed the victim’s arm, while the other pressed items against them, as if trying to sell something. During this distraction, the zipper of the victim’s shoulder bag was opened without them noticing, and the smartphone and other items inside were stolen. The men then fled the scene.
