3.Incident Summary
When the Japanese national victim returned home, they noticed the front entrance had been broken. Security cameras at a neighbor’s house captured a man disguised as a delivery person ringing the doorbell, confirming the victim’s absence, then climbing over the fence and breaking the front door lock to enter the house. Additionally, a suspicious vehicle with several men inside was parked near the home. Although the front door was locked when the victim left, it used a simple cylinder lock.
The residential area has a shared private security guard among residents, but during the day, pedestrian traffic is low, and this is the third burglary incident since last year. Suspicious vehicles were seen in all previous incidents.

(2) Be cautious not to disclose personal information to strangers.
(3) In the event of encountering intruders or an incident, do not resist, as it may endanger your life. Follow the intruders’ demands and avoid sudden movements that could be interpreted as attempts to escape or resist.
