and consists of the following sections:
1. Personal information of the traveler (passport number, name, email address, mobile phone number)
2. Any unusual symptoms (temperature of 38 degrees Celsius or higher, headache, muscle pain, vomiting, diarrhea, severe fatigue, general weakness, lethargy, chest pain, unexpected bleeding)
3. Contact with individuals showing symptoms of Marburg disease within the past 21 days
• Upon completion, a QR code will be sent to the specified email address, which must be presented upon arrival at the airport.
• According to the Ministry of Health’s announcement, as of October 6, there have been 49 confirmed cases of Marburg disease, with 29 currently being treated, 12 fatalities, and 8 recoveries. The cumulative number of tests conducted is 2,107.
• Marburg disease is transmitted through blood or bodily fluids and is not airborne. To prevent infection, it is crucial to avoid contact with symptomatic individuals and to practice regular hand washing and disinfection.
