4. Incident Summary
While walking near the above location, the victim was approached by two men in their 20s or 30s who shouted aggressively and attempted to snatch the shoulder bag. The victim resisted by holding onto the bag, leading to a struggle in which they were kicked multiple times. During the scuffle, the bag’s strap broke, and the assailants fled westward with the stolen bag.
As a result of resisting, the victim fell to the ground and sustained minor injuries, including abrasions and bruises on the right shoulder, chin, both elbows, and both palms.
