  2. During this period, rights such as the inviolability of the home, freedom of movement, assembly, and personal freedom will be restricted in the affected region.   3. The Japanese government has issued travel advisories for various regions in Peru, with levels ranging from Level 1 (Exercise caution) to Level 2 (Avoid non-essential travel) and Level 3 (Avoid travel).
