Starting from October 1, short-term foreign visitors planning to stay on Zanzibar Island will be required to enroll in insurance designated by the Zanzibar government (excluding residents).
This insurance system is designed to provide comprehensive coverage for emergencies such as medical evacuation and emergency repatriation during your stay in Zanzibar.
The cost is set at 44 USD per person.
