On May 22, at approximately 11:30 PM, six foreign tourists were victims of a robbery at a campsite in Otjiwarongo, Otjozondjupa Region. The victims were sleeping in a tent mounted on the roof of their vehicle when the car’s alarm went off. Upon exiting the tent to check, they found two men breaking the car windows and stealing valuables. The stolen items included cash, mobile phones, and passports.
