Bolivia: Theft on Long-Distance Bus Targeting Japanese Nationals

In January of this year, a Japanese traveler moving to La Paz on a long-distance bus left a pouch containing valuables on the bus during a toilet break. Upon returning to the bus, the traveler discovered that the pouch was missing. The pouch contained items such as a passport.
