Nigeria: Mandatory Registration of Health Declaration Form for Incoming Travelers

• As part of its border control measures against Mpox, the Nigerian Ministry of Health has mandated that all travelers entering Nigeria register a health declaration form on the Ministry’s website “Health Declaration Form” prior to arrival in the country.
• For Japanese nationals residing in Nigeria and those planning to enter Nigeria, please do not forget to complete the registration before entering the country.
