Event: According to reports from the National Hurricane Center (NHC), A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, Guadeloupe, Montserrat, St. Barthelemy, St. Kitts and Nevis, and St. Martin.
A Tropical Storm Warning means that tropical storm conditions are expected somewhere within the warning area within 36 hours.
Heavy rainfall may result in locally considerable flash flooding and mudslides in areas of the Leeward Islands by later Monday into Wednesday.
